Paddled 20km today, 10km with resistance, 10km without. No one really told me the programme so I went down without resistance and was about to launch when coach called me back. Heh I can't wait for the sprint season to start. I want to try out my new stroke.
Persuaded myself to go swim after training even though it was crazy trying to drag my tired self off the MRT seat. Yes PCK, I was really sleeping. Swam like 36 laps out of 40 before the lifeguard motioned for me to stop because of the rain. Yeah I got from the swimming complex to the bus-stop at Clementi MRT without an umbrella, dry (not really).
And off I went to zzz. Oh wait. I did up a lot of stuff on my map. Now to think of new heroes...
