Haha X-Factor was a blast. Wait, that's a pretty huge understatement. It's really difficult to put into words, this feeling I think many of us share. I personally think Sier's description of it as 'the BESTEST camp we've ever had in WAC youth ministry' is a HUGE understatement. I have never left a single camp in my entire life feeling such a huge impact in my life, in so many many ways. I've learnt many many things - the camp was an instrument that God used to reveal many areas of improvement, be it worship, relations, character or focus. Through all the fun, the excitement, the energy, I've found myself lacking time and time again, but I know that God lacks nothing, and in Him I am more than adequate. On-/off-stage discipline, boldness with the Gospel, going out of my personal comfort zone to make new friends feel comfortable, praying for unity, mutual encouragement - I think I'm lacking in many many places. But I know that as Sier wanted to share with our new friends, God is more than sufficient for me, and His power is more than enough to enable and empower me toward change. I'm an eaglet - a LEADER in training!

Many times during the camp I feel I lost focus and got distracted, be it because of mistakes or whatever. But I know that mistakes are made for us to learn from and to improve on, and God is more than able to empower me to undertake new tasks of higher challenge if I'm willing to trust in Him to help me improve and learn. Humility humility. A humble heart, willing to repent and learn, is the beginning point for many great things to come. And I believe that God is sovereign - I'll place my relationships into His mighty hands. I don't care what man says, if God says otherwise. And by the way I know this sounds cheesy, but I want to tell you, Rachel, that you look stunning to me. Always.
I really admire Sophia's hype and energy - I believe it is a manifestation of God's power in itself. The Church WILL be a home for an assembly of disciples, ready to support and admonish one another; encouraging, empowering and edifying each other on to good works. In all honesty, we have much to learn. I, have much to learn haha.

Praying and receiving in faith. It's such a powerful thing. I remember as I was praying for good weather for the high elements a great spirit of doubt just rose up in my heart. Maybe it was the dark clouds, a slight drizzle already falling upon my skin. God I pray that the skies will clear up. What if they don't? God I pray right now for there to be good weather. What if it just pours down like the last time you prayed for good weather? GOD I BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO CLEAR UP THE WEATHER SO THAT WE MAY ENGAGE OUR NEW FRIENDS IN A TIME OF FUN AND BONDING. And the spirit of doubt took its leave. And the rain stopped, after barely even drizzling for a couple of minutes. What's lighter than a drizzle? Because that's the kind of rain it was. And clear weather for the rest of the day, praise God. Will you pass the test of faith, the test of believing and receiving? I hope I pass all of God's tests, for I want to work miracles in the lives of others - I want to testify about the one true God, with whom nothing is impossible.

With God, nothing is impossible. Nothing.

Haha you know the 3 dreams that Sier wanted us to pen down on the last night of the camp? My dreams are to become:
a Prayer warrior, moving mountains with faith;
a Disciple of God, disciplined and rooted chaser of God's heart; and
an Evangelist, a witness to the nations.

Eugene, I believe in your dream!

P.S. - Avatar was awesome. One of the best movies I've watched this year. (Wait. That's not that hard. It was the only time I've been to the cinemas for about 2 years now... D: )
